Saiful Dzulhelmi
He has been in active legal practice in Malaysia since May 2013, with a primary focus on Corporate and Commercial matters, Conveyancing, and Property Transactions. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honours) from Multimedia University in 2012 and later earned a Master of Science in Management (General) from the University of Kent, United Kingdom.
He completed his pupillage at Messrs Edlin Ghazaly & Associates under the guidance of its founder and Managing Partner, Mr. Edlin Ghazaly, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 17 May 2013. He was retained as an Associate thereafter, gaining extensive experience in corporate commercial work, including drafting and reviewing agreements and security documents for corporate financing.
Throughout his practice, he has advised and acted for notable corporate clients such as TH Properties Sdn Bhd, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB), Worldwide Holdings Berhad, and Raya Airways. In addition to his corporate practice, he has exposure in litigation matters involving injunctions, land disputes, debt recovery, taxation, and criminal defence.
In October 2013, he established his own practice, and in 2018, he co-founded Messrs Saiful, Roger & Co. with his partner, Roger Kah Wee Hong.
